by IPC 498A than getting benefitted , how ?
first of all, IPC 498A CANNOT BE USED BY ALL GIRLS, It can be used
ONLY
BY DAUGHTER IN LAW AGAINST OTHER WOMEN, SISTERS, MOTHERS ETC., in
the inlaws family.
The lady officer has 20% relatives
that she is sister to,
20% relatives that she is sister in law to .
30% she is an aunt/mother to.
so totally
she has only 30% chance of using this law.
Same way, the out of the total women population , only 30% of the

are benefitted by this law and that too only at some point in

The law

woman so the fact is SOWRY death is thrice more than DOWRY death. The problem of dowry starts only if the women doesnt contribute
equally to the family, most of the indian girls are not productive in the family that increases the problem . men die in war
, man pulls rickshaws in the scotching sun do you see a woman dieing in the war or pulling a rickshaw ? Most of the girls
get into to so called dowry problem because of the greed of the girl and the girl's parents, these girls and their parents
doesnt give the girl the freedom to move with other guys/ collegues but rather they want to export their daughters at a higher
rate which is like trading, at first arranged marriage has to be banned, Indian girls can put their innocent mother in law
and sister in law into high jail, there are lot of mistakes in the marriage system of India which has to be fixed rather than
putting mothers in jail when the marriage breaks because of the girl's greed.
