I am about to be a victim of 498A of IPC. I seek your help. Complaint is about to be registered on my name.

Kindly come to my rescue. I am from a middle class family. I cannot afford court and police attendance.

First dont worry, dont panic try to get aniticipatory bail then start planning things slowly ...

News of planned fake 498a case---> 1)Move Anticipatory bail 2) As
someone did in the group, inform the court and local police station
about it with proof if appropriate 3) Plant informers in local police
station 4) Counter offensive- file complaint of tresspassing, Armed
dacoity with proof/witness!, let the lady of the house complain(if
after this 498a is filed, it will be treated as a reaction to escape!)
5) Involve mediators if issues can be resolved(love keliye, kuch bhi
karega scenario), involve women cell/commission according to their
local/confirmed merit(some areas they can be good, once in a
bluemoon!) 6) Try to get legal records(certified copies) of
mediations/discussions in front of semi-legal/governmental bodies(most
of these discussions may not mention anything about Harassment(which
is the killer section, which leads u to be arrested even without
investigation), the discussions may hover around money, gold or
whatever their real intention is.

News of complaint/fir lodged ----> 1)Move Anticipatory bail 2) Work ur
contacts(PHSS, uncle's, and u know who) 3) Can the Complaint be
quashed(does it have all the masala, so as to be called a 498a
offense?, they never miss out on this but still some moron's do

Bail--->

Investigation stage----> 1) Get your neighbour's statements 2) Get
Audio Recordings of guys in the other side, off guard or willingly,
etc.....

You or your family have to work on this carefully ... you can hire a cheap lawyer to fight your case .... you can only abscond until you get your bail .... but have faith you can fight it out ....
